Yoga is so much more than a physical practice: It a practical holistic science and art for everyday living which can improve the health of mind, body and spirit of everyone it touches.
It is a flexible practice that can easily be adapted to suit all needs, regardless of age, physical ability or background.
My name is Paul Wooding. I've been practising yoga for over 20 years and have been teaching for the past 11 years.
Over these years I have gained much experience from teachers in the Iyengar, Ashtanga and Kundalini traditions.
I have also gained much experience in yoga therapeutics, having recently completed the
Yoga Biomedical Trust's Foundation course in Yoga Therapy.
I am a fully qualified teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and also trained to teach the BWY Foundation Course.
